We work with company leaders to drive innovation.

Our experience and proven track record ranges from delivering the BioInnovate Bootcamp on behalf of the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) to assessing and supporting Innovation Management in organisations nationally and internationally.

“The Discovery Processes gave us a recognised process to gather solid data to base decisions on and resulted in a pipeline of ideas and in-depth customer knowledge, that did not exist before.

We needed to establish a way to continuously validate new markets, stay relevant and grow with our customers, specifically by anticipating their future needs.

While all three projects we undertook have positive business cases and value, they did have different benefits – one was strategic and would sustain a marketplace, one has significant potential for measurable profitable growth, and the third is an enabling tech platform that will capture new customers in the longer term.”

— Colm McEntee, Product Manager, Automated Solutions - MunichRE

“Our voice of the customer was very traditional and driven mainly by the sales team.

We took one product line, mapped the process with our customers looking at their unmet needs. We then generated ideas on how to solve these, involving all our stakeholders and prototyped potential solutions.

We wanted to really understand the VOC and their unspoken needs. So instead of focusing on one product issue we came up with 11 unmet needs and generated 11 different ideas on how to solve these.”
